Horrible Place To Work - Phone Representative Costa Del Mar Employee Review

Pros

Benefits and discounts. Bonuses. Weekend off. Holidays off.

Cons

Unfriendly people, unprofessional supervisors. Lack of proper training. The supervisors refuse to take phone calls from angry customers who do not wish to speak to the company representatives and only wish to speak to a supervisor. The so-called assesors who inspect the crappy plastic glasses think they are Gods and no one can speak to them. If you do, they get nasty with you and then go tell a supervisor or the manager, who by the way, thinks he is still in the ARMY and runs the place like a boot camp. You cannot talk to him or come to him with any customer complaints because he doesn't care and will just go tell your supervisor about it and then you get yelled at for going to him for help. Seriously? The people at the Spanish area are treated like crap and under appreciated. They are given more work to do than everyone else and that is so wrong. This company is very disappointing and full of back staggers who will do anything to kiss the managers behind, even if it means getting you fired. My advise: stay the hell away from here. There are better places out there. Better companies to work.

Pros

*My shift was Monday-Friday, 6-2:30, so I was able to be home at night with my daughter. *Fast paced work environment, always busy *Health insurance, PTO *Would still be working there if they hadn't moved the company and laid everyone off.

Cons

*It was a 30 minute drive each day. *There were times when it would get clique-ish.
