Pros
If you can manage to get ahold of someone they tend to be quick
Cons
Almost too many to post. These are the major ones
Multiple employees have referred new people to join and have not gained the advertised bonus. I don't know why you'd want to grow bigger if you aren't taking care of the people helping you do it.
Their HR system is highly decentralized and seems like they don't know how to adequately convey their needs for items and/or documents until it's right before it's needed. Multiple meetings happened in the off hours of our regular workday that are not billable. Along with having two separate systems for Time Keeping and other misc benefits systems. When it can all be on one system. It seems like a security risk to duplicate employee information to this degree with no absolute requirement to do so.
They promote some of the worst-performing employees. Someone recently got a promotion that is vastly underqualified, is a bad site lead for numerous unprofessional remarks, and was moved from their original position due to poor performance. Yet that person gets a promotion? It seems like you don't know your employee's history with the location if you're willing to do that. To top it off, some of their best performing and most qualified are being denied better pay, even to match market rates.
Perhaps they grew too quickly, too fast.
