Engineers were friendly and excited to teach and engage with the interns. They were also very open to questions and ready to help where needed.

Corvalent is a great company with really great people and strong caring corporate leadership. A very family like atmosphere, and a good work environment where they genuinely care for their employees. Employees tend to work there for many years, very low turnover.

Corvalent is a small company, with very low turnover. (pro and a con) Thus, advancement opportunities are quite limited within the company. Senior leadership are pretty much in place until retirement.
