Leasing Agent - Anonymous employee Cortland Employee Review

It started of smooth and fast. Then when u start working they give you all this sweet talk about communication, relationship , customer service etc etc. But nothing true. Had no training what so ever they just throw you out there and expect you catch on the minute you get there manager is a mean mean lady. She did not know anything this manager has been the worst manager ever she has the worst attitude ever with reaidents and to her supposly loving employees, talks smart to everyone. Just hated my experince here they sweet talk you but its all lies.
