Pros
-You get great training from day 1. They really help you understand your role and they give you more responsibility day by day (and as soon as you show initiative as well!)
-Flexitime!
- It's a good working culture as you get work done but you also get a lot of banter- it's not like one of those companies where you can't stop working for a second.
-Modern office in a central location.
Cons
-Long-hours, but that's standard in recruitment (and you can reduce them depending on your performance)
- People like to say that "You get out what you put in", but sometimes in recruitment, it may not be enough, as there are factors you can't control. You need to be prepared that things won't always work out- but as long as you keep that in mind, you'll be alright.
