Nothing, highly insecure management, no structured value system, the management is busily concerned about themselves and ignores the HR values, appointed brainless suck-ups as leaders, specially in sales, & commercial team.

Extremely corrupt and insecure senior management, the commercial head in India is an extremely insecure person, believes in a lot of favoritism, Rampant corruption, fixing of annual ratings, budgets, incentives and bonuses is a common practice within sales & commercial team, Corteva Roots program is another corrupt practice, they make you redeem Roots points in exchange to donations to NGOs, needless to say these NGOs are run by commercial team's employees only. IT budgets are siphoned off into personal accounts and if you dare to raise questions, you'll be told to resign.
