Management is short-sighted, tons of layoffs of highly experienced people, benefits aren’t as good as other places, no Kaiser in CA, no job scope (you will end up doing everything as management does not have a grasp on job scopes or duties). Operators are overworked, frequent short shifts due to lack of retention so they are tired. Safety is a HUGE concern at chem manufacturing sites. Management focuses of safety aspects that do more to hinder than to actually keep people safe. This place is a joke. Standalone AG business does not scream long-term viability and the massive layoffs recently back that concern up. (And, I left on my own accord, so I am not saying this because I was laid off)
