      It’s totally remote, not hybrid or telecommute

      Cons

      Benefits are so so. Can never accrue enough PTO unless you have been there a while. Getting time off is an issue. No advancement opportunities

      Excellent management, opportunity for continuing education in areas of coding I’m new to, empathic leadership, team that supports each other, very flexible work hours, fair expectations from management

      Low 401(K) match at 2%, not as many paid holidays as competitors, have to use own PTO to take off Black Friday
