Pros
Freshers who's going (clearing) to do Certification (training provided by organization) will get 300% of salary revision (if an employee getting ₹13,000 will get ₹40,000+) immediately after clearing the certification where none of other organization's doing in the market, But the worst part is for Seniors, Auditors " NOTHING / ZERO " revision. So Fresher Salary = Experienced Coder Salary.
Cons
No scope for Experienced Employees but organization support only Freshers & HCC Department.
