      Flexibility, managers were nice, met alot of great contacts.

      Cons

      Jumps from projects to projects which affects score numbers. Pay scale is lower than most companies. Do not really take care of employees that have been loyal

      Excellent management, opportunity for continuing education in areas of coding I’m new to, empathic leadership, team that supports each other, very flexible work hours, fair expectations from management

      Low 401(K) match at 2%, not as many paid holidays as competitors, have to use own PTO to take off Black Friday
