Pros
5% of the employees are great.
Cons
Worst place I ever worked. They degrade techs and pharmacists like children. Any and every mistake made, a person is instantly chastised for. If techs speak up that something is wrong, they will be labeled a problem. No job security. Everyday at work techs are on eggshells, afraid to get be escorted out. It's a temp mill where they go through people. Hire and fire mentality.
Management is oppressive. The newest management is in over their head and a clueless puppet. They plays favorites, have clicks with the younger employees, and stay in one department all day. New management hasn't a clue as to what is going on and no idea how to manage a balanced and efficient work flow. Very gullible and focues on putting up little signs and meaninless huddles.
Not an equal opportunity employer. Imagine the worst coworker you ever worked with, now imagine 95% of your coworkers being like that, and they get rewarded and praised. That's what you are up against. Good, honest, hard workers are treated like work horses to compensate for the lazy. Then expected to work harder to cover up the lazy workers because they are friends with New Management, then they are labeled when they speak up against it. Run from all job postings.
