Great if you get a in house position

contract security can get really stressful and low pay

The operations manager, John is responsive and competent. Overall whenever I have had issues they mostly got taken care of. My site is a lot of fun. They pay fairly well to start. A little more that most companies. The checks came weekly and they never bounced so my money was there. The area supervisors are awesome.

Difficult to get a raise even though operations manager kept assuring me that he was 100% behind the idea. The uniforms suck and look like they are from the 70's. I have been working for them for about a year and I could not get direct deposit started even though I submitted the forms properly. I could never find out how many sick days or vacation days I had. The benefits are incredibly expensive for what you get and if you are a "Full time employee" and you work less than 32hours a week for whatever reason, the company wont pay your insurance premium so you are stuck with the entire thing, say goodbye to your paycheck.
