You can tell senior leadership and the owner Rick Smith have a vested interest in employee health, happiness, and individual success. Cons
Generally the work/life balance is pretty good, but the nature of the industry can be long hours, occasional weekends and late night emergency calls. Working hours can be erratic for field staff, which is standard in the moving industry.
