Pros
Excellent owner, Lisa Johnson. She has a powerful presence in the industry & she trusts her team to get the job done. Great opportunity to learn the furniture business and grow into a knowledgeable team member. Great group of people that work at CIS!
Cons
I would say there are not many cons here. If one has goals to climb the corporate ladder this might not be the best place. If you are happy making a good income (all dependent on your skills & willingness) then you will live a fulfilled life here.
