Pros

Generous time off, remote flexibility, good work-life balance, and supportive colleagues.

Cons

This is not a place for those seeking growth. Annual salary increases don’t keep up with inflation, and career progression is virtually nonexistent. Even after years of work, promotions (if they come at all) result in minimal pay increases of just 3–4%, far below market standards. HR has repeatedly promised streamlined processes, career development guidance, and market-aligned pay for years, but nothing has materialized. Management expects employees to take on more responsibilities, yet HR fails to recognize or reward these additional roles. Promotions and title changes are largely reserved for managers and above, while analysts and junior staff see little to no advancement—despite even direct managers acknowledging they deserve more growth.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective and experience. We genuinely appreciate your commitment of more than five years and the valuable insights you’ve provided into both the positives and the challenges you’ve faced. We’re glad to hear that generous time off, remote flexibility, and supportive colleagues have contributed to a positive work-life balance for you. Those strengths are core to what we want Corpay to offer, and it’s encouraging to know they’ve been meaningful in your experience. At the same time, we recognize the seriousness of your concerns regarding career growth, compensation, and communication from HR. You’ve highlighted issues that extend beyond individual frustrations, they impact the sense of value, recognition, and long-term opportunities that every employee should feel. When promotions are slow or unclear, when salary increases don’t keep pace with inflation, and when added responsibilities aren’t properly recognized, it creates understandable discouragement. We understand your point that analysts and junior staff, in particular, require clearer progression pathways and more consistent recognition for their contributions. While we have taken steps to strengthen career development and compensation structures, your review suggests that these steps have not progressed far enough or quickly enough. HR’s role in providing transparency and follow-through is critical, and your experience makes clear we are committed to building trust by delivering on commitments, not simply making promises. We value your candid feedback, and we are committed to using it to drive meaningful improvements in career advancement, pay practices, and recognition for all employees. Thank you again for your service and for helping us better understand where we need to improve.

Pros

The work is definitely challenging and can push you to grow your resume.

Cons

Constant change in direction. They do not promote from within only bringing in outside talent with constant org changes and lack of communication and direction. Not a lot of loyalty to existing employees and management does not care to listen to suggestions.
