We recognize that your time at Corpay did not reflect the kind of experience we strive to provide. You’ve identified important areas—support, structure, and a collaborative culture—where we need to improve. The challenges you faced, including outdated equipment, compensation concerns, and a workplace culture that falls below our standards, are unacceptable.
We take your concerns seriously. Our leadership team is actively addressing the need for greater investment in our people and tools. We’re also working to modernize our sales approach and reduce the pressure created by individual commission-heavy structures. In particular, we’re reviewing how we onboard, develop, and compensate early-career professionals to ensure they receive the support they deserve.
You also raised important points about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. While we’ve started taking steps to improve in this area, we acknowledge that we still have work to do. We’re committed to building an inclusive and professional environment, and to addressing misconduct promptly and transparently.
We appreciate your thoughtful suggestions, including vertical team structures, expanded cross-selling strategies, and tiered bonus systems. These ideas align with several internal conversations already underway.
