As an HR person, I can honestly say that the company does care about its employees! I have worked at many companies where the employees are just a number. Not here. Recently Corovan became an ESOP (employee-owned) and it is great benefit for the future.
Cons
For the field employees the work load fluctuates based on customer needs so work hours can be unpredictable.
Your experience will depend on the team your in but people are generally okay.
Cons
This company has outdated processes, technology and leadership. There is clear favoritism and a lack of urgency surrounding anything related to improvement based on feedback. What is even the point of an ESOP if you can’t even afford to pay movers and drivers more?
