My coworkers were great and they allowed me to have flexible hours to fit my school schedule in.

They were still establishing procedures so the learning curve was a little steep but definitely manageable.

Very talented people. Exciting work, and a fun job!

Company culture is poor. CEO is too busy to manage the company but refuses help. Management is very skilled in their line of work, but they have been "promoted to incompetence," meaning they don't have people management skills, or pipeline skills but they have been promoted to be your boss. This hasn't changed in a plethora of years. New faces, same problems. They strongly believe in hiring from outside the company will fix internal problems so you will not be given opportunities to grow or be trained / taught.
