Not a lot of opportunities for growth Can be hectic and disorganized at times (but it all works out in the end) Can get burned out if you don't express your need for help , when needed Difficult to figure out who to go to for help, ie billing vs accounts payable "Trial by fire" training, no set of written guidelines/ training documents
