Soooo many cons but ultimately it's about how "new" senior leaders (in place for 10+ months) are accelerating the evolution of the company to try and compete with legacy HCM/ERP companies. These folks don't have a vested interest or innate connection to the core of what Cornerstone "was" (prior to and in the early days of "the acquisitions" over the past few years). You're pushing a platform that customers and prospects didn't ask for and don't see the value in - they want modules, not "holistic platforms" yet you push "Galaxy" as the panacea that will solve their problems. Customers are NOT happy/satisfied, employees are looking for the exits, and the new leaders are buying time to move on to the next opportunity.
