Pros
A local mid-size company that really focuses on being a great place to work. Very professional and challenging but has a work atmosphere second to none. Unmatched work-life balance and a down to earth great group of people from the top down. Benefits sit within industry standards. Gets a "10" in all aspects other than compensation.
Cons
Compensation is well below industry/local standards. If not for the low wages this company would be a powerhouse that no one could touch for a place to work.
