      Pros

      Cormant has a relatively laid back environment. People know when its crunch time and when its chill out time. Management is also supportive of changes that will improve the way things are done.

      Cons

      Cormant still has to put in place and standardize some of its processes. It is still a work in progress.

      Pros

      There was weekly Beer Fridays. Management is very nice. Everyone gets along very well. You can learn a lot by working there.

      Cons

      Not enough developers. No commitment to team. There needs to be more people to sustain the product.
