      Small family run company where you get to get involved in a lot of different initiatives, Great for lots of experience on your CV

      Cons

      The pros being said however there is little room for promotion and you never really feel safe in your role due to the high turnover of staff

      Politics, finds any reason to not promote you for correct pay. Expects you to go over and beyond for them.
