      Pros

      Corentus has a very small team with a lot of satellite consultants in various states and countries. Office is very laidback and simple. Tasks are usually manageable as you report directly to the co-founder.

      Cons

      Most consultants are working remotely so you don't get to see them often. Supervisor is really busy so she can't meet you most of the time.

      Pros

      Flexible working schedule - allows you either to work remotely or in the office. My manager is quite respectful and knows how to unlock one's potential. You know you make big impacts to the company. Company values great performance.

      Cons

      Because majority people work remotely, you don't get to meet other employees in person.

      - Salary got raised with good performance - Hybrid work - No office politics, quite neutral, very open communication - Well managed and great diversity

      - No benefits as part-time which is normal
