Cons
- pay is incredibly low... like so so so low. $14.38 per hour but you don't clock in and out. You are paid for 2 hours for a 60 minute class which is supposed to be 30 minutes of desk time before your class, the 60 minute class, and 30 minutes of desk time after. Pay is already low but you have to clean the studio and all of the mats after the class is over and sit at the desk to say goodbye to students. This can often take longer than 30 minutes after class and you aren't compensated any extra. - you are frequently the only person at the studio as the instructor. There is no backup support or backup for helping check in or clean.
