Pros
A great company to work for if you are a developing professional. Of course, the experience will vary based on the Defense contract you are on but I was fortunate enough to be on projects that fostered professional development. There was usually training or training reimbursement available at any given moment. I did not interface much with top leadership, however direct leadership (team leads, PMs) was always respectful and easy to work with. Compensation was fair and benefits were some of the best I've seen in the Defense sector.
Cons
No real negative experiences with the company. While I was successfully redeployed from a contract that was ending to another contract, I did desire more transparency in the process regarding what the subsequent position would be, the type of work performed, and redeployment timeline.
