Salary is pretty average - maybe slightly below but not bad.
Cons
Very poor culture in the finance department and the departments that we supported. Management and employees make fun of mentally disabled people and people who leave the company. Management is always trying to prove something and try to take credit for people's work. No understanding of personal lives. Insurance is significantly below industry average and they use a cheap provider that very few doctor's offices work with. They went public and immediately became obsessed with results rather than being a good place to work. The finance department turned over about 35% of their staff in less than 12 months because people are so miserable and because there are better options out there. PTO is so far below industry average that you almost think it's a joke. Basically all white men in power except a few white women. No diversity.
