The current on site management takes advantage of their hard working employees by overworking them and not being appreciative of the hard work that they do. On site management does the following:
~ talks to their employees in a very disrespectful manor around other employees & residents
~ show favoritism
~ retaliate against their employees
~ show micro aggression at it’s finest
~ gossip about their employees in a
very negative way
~ don’t follow the company’s handbook,
guidelines, nor the mission statement
~ tell lies and make up stories to
People OP’s when an employee files
a complaint
~ have bad attitudes
~ poor work ethic
~ care more about getting their quarterly
bonuses than they do about taking
care of their employees…they wouldn’t
get those quarterly bonuses if it wasn’t
for their employees
~ created such a very negative work
environment, that you could literally
feel the tension in the air when you
walked into the office or a room with
them and other employees
~ made employees dread going to work
so bad that 7 quit and 2 got fired
within a 7 month time frame.
CoreSpaces in itself was a good company to work for, but they need to hire better on site managers that will do their job and will do it correctly and who actually cares about their employees. I would go back to work for them but not under the same on site managers.
