Pros
Pay is somewhat decent but you will be selling your soul to this company who couldn’t give a rats butt about you or your hard work.
Cons
Where to begin… No work life balance whatsoever Nonexistent upper leadership but will absolutely blame solely you when things go a miss. No organization whatsoever. Will not take the time to train anyone. There is no training department and they have no plans to implement one Upper leadership will lie to you repeatedly in order to get you to work harder with not even so much as a thank you. Does not allow you to write up employees even when they deserve it You will not get promoted unless you suck up to managing directors. Corporate positions are not advertised to onsite staff. Yet somehow only certain employees who are close with MD are made aware when a position comes available? Do I really need to continue or have you had enough?
