      Pros

      Small education publishing non-profit with a big and impactful mission. Works well with contractors and outside support employees.

      Cons

      No process for advancement. No process for R&D or new project development. Does not work well with remote employees. Old-school business management and outdated analytics processes. Does not formally follow Impact and/or Mission Statements (only words, not action)
