      Pros

      Ok pay and some skilled people in Cloud, Infra and Software.

      Cons

      The problem is Cloud and Infra Bluechip legacy employees are taking over with a mindset that uses PMP style short term off the shelf approches for software dev. They are pushing out anything innovative and agile for documentation PMO process overkill

      Pros

      The benefits were decent and the flexibility was nice. Appreciate the multitude of opportunities to network and travel. Some of the folks are really awesome and helpful.

      Cons

      Absolute trash at training anyone. Expects green engineers to know 10+ years worth of stuff that Principals would find difficult. If you manage to overcome all that and still make things work, you still get fired because management has an ego and hates seeing someone self taught and a minority succeed. Was set up to fail from the moment I was begrugendly brought on to the team.
