Good team of professional support in each 'branch'. Good selection and training for foster carers. Reasonable remuneration package and possibility to progress career. Much to learn from challenging placements and skilled carers. Many difficult placements could turn into long-term stable placements.

Some elements of nepotism in higher levels of management and personal entanglement between senior staff and management.
