Pros

Remote work, if you're the sort who does well with that.

Cons

Management considers employees disposable, and will fire or lay off employees with no warning. Development is chaotic and disorganized with no discernable process.

Pros

If you are a self-starter, wish to work from home, and want to work for a very non-traditional company, this is a good job. The technology team does a fantastic job and most clients that I worked with were generally happy. Senior leadership was also quick to make changes based on client feedback.

Cons

Salaries are VERY low and there isn't much room for growth professionally nor financially. I didn't get the sense that many employees felt appreciated (part of that is probably the fact that everyone works from home, so you don't get to know your colleagues at all), and senior leadership didn't make much of an attempt to change this.

Pros

Work from home can be flexible if you have kids, medical concerns that cause you to frequent doctors, or other appointments during the typical 9am-5pm. Vacation time is flexible too, with typical notice.

Cons

Little respect or care for employees & treats them as disposable. Revolving door of Account Managers never allowing clients to create a long lasting relationship with their contact at the company. Employees frequently asked to work and check or answer emails on the weekend and nights despite that not being in contracts regarding salary and other vital info. Salaries are generally low and not much room for professional or financial growth.
