Pros
hours are good. Not many weekends. The work is interesting.
Cons
The Boss is horrible. She works you like a dog, does not care about employees, only what she can get out you before you quit. I’m am not sure where she learned how to manage a team but this is not the way. No good benefits. Slow or no PTO accumulation. No holidays off OR holiday pay. Run away.
