Cons
Very toxic work environment with poor communication and little respect for professional boundaries. Certain behaviors from leadership and coworkers made the environment uncomfortable and inappropriate at times. Management did not do enough to create a respectful and supportive workplace culture. High stress, office politics, and lack of trust made it difficult to focus on doing good work.
