Pros
It's one of the few places I've worked where I know and feel that my colleagues are always rooting for me, and I see it in many of my peers as well. Senior staff are never too busy to answer questions, which then become longer conversations and learning opportunities. Management is accessible to staff, and still continue to actively participate in projects most of the time. So, company leadership is visible and available.
Cons
Growth is slow and steady - not necessarily a con; it just takes time. But with this growth, I hope the firm does not fall into a corporate mentality trap that can be easy to default to.
