Pros
There are some managers that are really cool like Caryn B and Annette K. The intentions of the company are good, just the outcome needs work.
Cons
It is a poorly managed business. Some of the supervisors have their favorites that can get away with everything and anything under the sun but the minute a hard-working employee slips up, the get reprimanded. There is no communication between the supervisors and the employees. We're just not in the loop at all. We don't find out any changes occurred until we make a mistake and bill something incorrectly and it keeps denying.
