Pros
The people are great, talented creatives Flexible working
Cons
Lack of transparency with what doing on within the company, creatives were often left out of the loop. Extremely high turnover — it’s a company of about 30 and nearly 20 people left in the time I worked there The CEO picks favourites and ignores everyone else It’s difficult to get them to create and execute a growth plan, and they underpay compared to market value. Workloads were often disorganised and unbalanced. Creatives would be moved around to different clients frequently so we could hardly finish a project or get to know one client. One day we’d be schedule a massive workload and nothing the next. Unreliable — they made redundancies without warning. The situation may have improved since I left but this was not a work environment I would ever wish upon anyone else. They draw people in with big shiny promises but the culture and flexibility isn’t all it’s advertised as.
