Pros
I worked overnight and I was left alone usually. Sense they were more concerned about hours then about work getting done, I always got to leave by 6am.
I did have one very kind upper manager, and my co workers were also kind.
Cons
No future, only used by management, lied to a lot, no pay raises (minus that 9mo automatic one). Poor equipment and ridiculous expectations.
I was lead into thinking I was going to get full time but at the last moment they pulled in someone from another store and cut me down to 1 night from 5.
