Fantastic workplace with amazing growth trajectory - Business Development Manager Coposit Employee Review

There are many pros to working at Coposit, but to name a few: it feels like working with adults. There's absolutely no politics or ego, so consequently, everyone is very competent at what they do. There is structure in the workplace, which is of course necessary; however, it doesn't feel like it, with everyone being very down to earth. There's a lot of agency, and the management trusts employees' expertise. Overall, it is a great workplace to be in.

There are hardly any cons. While I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing, having to be in the office five days a week might be difficult for some. However, the management is very understanding, and they value their employees' work-life balance. Also worth mentioning that it's a beautiful and fun office to be in.
