Thanks for taking time to post your review. I noticed that you commented that you were given false hopes about moving to another department and would like to learn more about that as we openly encourage our employees to apply for openings within the company in order to progress their career. In some cases, the employee is not ready for the new role due to skill needs; in other cases, there may be the issues that need to resolved before making a move. In any case, as an employee you should know what those reasons are and how you can overcome them as future opportunities arise.
