Good insurance. That is it

Very low pay. Extremely high stress level. Management that thinks it's funny that almost everyone in the office had to go on stress meds after working there a few months. If you're sick you get belittled by manager. The training is minimal but if you don't know everything in under a month you get ripped into. Manager likes to micromanage everything. Co-workers are stressed, edgy & rude. If you have to take off you are treated horribly. Management actually said they hardly ever fire people but they will make them miserable until they quit. They don't truly care about the well being of their employees, they only want you there to make them money. If you are sick you get made fun of. They expect way too much from you for what they are willing to pay. I have seen them make fun of other workers when they weren't there & talk about them behind their backs & management is right in the midst of it usually leading it on. We are expected to work through our brakes & work off of the clock on a regular basis. We have an employee that has already sued copart once so now the tippy toes around her & let her get by with anything. Management has even stated to all of us that we are an HR nightmare. I will never recommend this place to anyone. HR needs to do some serious investigations. I am currently looking for another job.
