- Horrible planning for sprints, a lot of wasted time, without a real vision of a roadmap. So development progress always ends up in revamps or basically wasted effort
- Quality assurance is a low priority for the so called "Seniors" . If you define senior as a person who only worked at coosto for a couple of years.
- A lot of ignorance and arrogance in the development teams, they refuse to follow standards that are already basics for any software development company. You will be looked at like an alien.
- we had at this time a spanish remote team, which were always treated of low importance when in comes to decision making, while in reality the spanish team was more senior with more experience from working in major companiens previously. But of course all decisions were up to the arrogrant Eindhoven team.
