People, People, People - CoorsTek has great leadership throughout the organization and peers are very collaborative to work with. The company is always promoting from within and bringing on excellent talent when it does not exist internally. Work life balance is a huge plus, pay is competitive as well.
Cons
Better health insurance but other then that no cons
