Good training Good pay Nice people if you get in with the right crowd.
Cons
Strange culture, very clicky. Some staff deliberately withhold information from you to prevent you doing a good job. This is the shortest employment I ever had, I usually stay with companies for 5+ years but I only stayed a year in this company because it was such a demotivating experience.
