Pros

- Pay is good, and some benefits are decent - Flexibility or work/life balance is nice - Some good people, but they will be quick to leave

Cons

- Leadership needs to be trained ASAP. Leaders are inconsistent which leads to bad decisions, favoristm, harassment, and much more. - Favoritism causes good people to leave because they don't get a chance to develop because of one bad manager (in Cooper's case, multiple). - Top leadership needs to be evaluated. They are stuck in a rut and are not moving the company forward, only to bankruptcy. - HR leadership needs a makeover - too much favoritism here and retaliation from the top man. HR business partners keep leaving - has anyone looked at why? - 401k matching and cost of insurance could be better; add stock options for all employees. - Invest in technology. STOP BEING CHEAP. - We aren't getting anywhere with just hiring more people who barely have anything to do. Then we complain that they don't do anything and fire them. This is why everybody is leaving.

Pros

When I first started, it was an exciting and new experience.

Cons

Pay is very low, and the only way to really make money is to work as much overtime as you can. The more you work, the more they work you. The plant itself isn't well kept, and I left because I had reached my contact quota. My line was one of the lines that produced the most and was usually able to run continuously, unlike the other lines. However, this meant they worked us like dogs, and as time went on, the consideration of how much work was being put in, as well as the overall "you are replaceable" environment, caused me to walk out. When I brought up all my concerns to my supervisor, I was told that if I didn't like it, I could leave. So, I clocked out and walked out. Two days later, my line caught fire and was down for a couple of days. The same complaints I was making were still ignored. Thus, cause and effect.
