Relaxed you don't need to work hard if you don't want
Cons
Lots of low skill employees but mostly in other locations but you will work with them every day. No incentive to work hard. Lots of bad workers get paid to do not much bad for morale. High turnover. Very few Asian workers for GTA, maybe racist or favoritism.
