      The employees at the dealerships are nice people

      Cons

      Clicking groups of people, no management to back you up, company policy changes daily with no notification. No 401K. It is a paycheck

      Innovative outlook on the industry. Great training programs. Established best practices, procedures and processes make it easy to succeed. One of the top 10% Auto Groups in the Country.

      In sales we work Saturdays but that is common practice for our Industry.
