Pros
Good HR staff, descent management, owner actually comes around and visits.
Cons
Very little if any customer pay work, mostly all warranty. Too many waiters constantly being dropped on techs. Incredibly expensive health insurance that does not pay for anything until 5000 dollar deductible is met. Having to work 50 to 55 hour weeks just to hit 40 flag hours due to 90% warranty work. No such thing as overtime on flag hour. All the gravy work goes straight to the lube techs for a better looking profit margin while the main line techs get the warranty crap no one else can fix.
