Flexible work environment and hours, free snacks, ping pong, video games
Cons
The only way to get a raise or move up is to spend more time here. Work is dictated by a single person which is a huge bottleneck. Priorities change almost daily and you should expect to only find out about it right before a deadline or only through the grapevine. I lost hope after they collected feedback and promised change yet nothing changed.
